All lunch dishes (excluding Ramen) are served with pickled cucumber and soy sauce soft boiled eggs, plus a choice of either:
Steamed jasmine rice over blanched boc choi
in an oyster sauce dressing
3 Steamed GAO Bao’s with coriander, Hoi sin sauce and sweet chilli sauce
Shoyu Ramen char siu noodles
A clear rich homemade broth, slow-simmered with a blend of stock and Tari seasoning sauce. Served with wheat noodles, baby boc Choi,
seaweed, 6 minute eggs and roasted Char sui pork
Slow poached soy chicken.
Half chicken marinated overnight in our special two tone soy marinade. Poached at a low temperature for a silky soft chicken and served room temperature.
Crispy roast belly pork.
Slow-roasted, juicy tender pork belly with crispy crackling skin.
Served with pickled cucumber. A classic served luke warm.
Roast char siu & honey roast sauce
Roasted marinated loin of pork. Drizzled with a Chinese honey, BBQ light glaze.
Steamed salmon fillet with teriyaki
Steamed, skin on salmon fillet, finished with flamed sticky Teriyaki sauce and topped with roasted sesame seeds.
Mixed mushroom mapo tofu.
Silky light fried and poached tofu tossed with shiitake, garden and oyster mushrooms in a rich chilli and red bean sauce.
